Delivery Pricing
All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Heavier items such as framed art canvas prints will cost more than lighter items such as t-shirts or mugs. Please proceed to the checkout to preview your custom shipping price.
When Will Your Order Leave?
It will typically take 3-5 business days for it to be dispatched from our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer.
Shipping
UK & USA Delivery
UK orders are dispatched via a tracked service. Delivery should take no more than 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link for your order that is scanned throughout delivery so you can track your parcel’s progress online.
Orders shipped to the USA are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable sales tax, import duty and customs processing charges are included in the shipping price shown at checkout, so you should not be asked to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.
European Union Delivery
Orders shipped to EU countries are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable import VAT, duty and customs processing charges are included in the shipping price shown at checkout, so you should not be asked to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.
Your available shipping options and final delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Canada and Rest of World Delivery
Orders are dispatched via a tracked service. Delivery should take no more than 7-14 working days for Canada and no more than 14-21 working days for the rest of the World from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link for your order that will be scanned throughout delivery so you track your parcel’s progress online.
Non Delivery
Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
