Delivery Pricing

All delivery prices are calculated based on the weight of your order, and all of our delivery services are based on a tracked-to-your-door service. Heavier items such as framed art canvas prints will cost more than lighter items such as t-shirts or mugs. Please proceed to the checkout to preview your custom shipping price.

Orders Arriving in Separate Parcels

Your order may be produced and dispatched from more than one location. If your order contains items made at different production facilities, we may split it into separate parcels.

Each parcel may be dispatched and delivered on a different date. You will receive a separate dispatch confirmation and tracking link for each parcel. All parcels will remain associated with your original order number, so you do not need to place another order or contact us if only part of your order arrives first.

When Will Your Order Leave?

Items typically take 3-5 business days to be dispatched from the relevant production facility, although this may take longer during busy periods. Items produced at different locations may be dispatched separately.

Shipping

UK & USA Delivery

UK orders are dispatched via a tracked service. Delivery should take no more than 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive tracking information for each parcel so you can follow its progress online.

Orders shipped to the USA are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable sales tax, import duty and customs processing charges are included in the shipping price shown at checkout, so you should not be asked to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.

European Union Delivery

Orders shipped to EU countries are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means applicable import VAT, duty and customs processing charges are included in the shipping price shown at checkout, so you should not be asked to pay additional import charges when your order is delivered.

Your available shipping options and final delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Canada and Rest of World Delivery

Orders are dispatched via a tracked service. Delivery should take no more than 7-14 working days for Canada and no more than 14-21 working days for the rest of the World from the date of dispatch. You will receive tracking information for each parcel so you can follow its progress online.

Non Delivery

Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.

Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our, we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.
